Hospitality Arrangements During COVID-19 Restrictions - Auchterarder Golf Club Guidance Policy - Update 30 October
Following the First Minister’s update in parliament yesterday, which announced some positive changes to hospitality operations in placing Perth & Kinross into Level 2 Restrictions, this means that from Tuesday 03 November (our first day open), we will be permitted to start selling alcohol indoors again, but only with a main meal* and only until 8.00pm.
In terms of our catering operation, we intend to initially remain open for the breakfast and lunch period between 10.00am and 3.00pm Tuesday to Thursday and between 10.00am and 7.00pm Friday to Sunday (a Sunday Roast will be available), but this very much depends on how well members support the service.
As social distancing regulations remain in place it is essential that all tables are pre-booked. Please do your bit by ordering your meals prior to placing your drinks order and please bear in mind that the bar staff don't make the rules, though they have to enforce them for the safety of all.
*Main Meal Definition - for avoidance of doubt the AGC definition of a main meal is any meal accompanied by a side salad or chips and requiring use of a knife and fork.
